Gapper Marketing LLC (“Gapper Marketing”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is a digital marketing agency for service businesses, located at 105 E Robinson St, Suite 210, Orlando, FL 32811, United States.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to the communications you exchange with us, including text messages (SMS/MMS).

2. Information we collect

This website does not contain any contact or lead capture forms. The only way to submit information to us on this site is through the chat widget available on every page, or by contacting us directly by email.

Information you give us voluntarily

• Your mobile or business phone number;
• Your email address;
• Your company name, trade and service area;
• The content of the messages you send us through the chat widget, by email, or by text message.

Information collected automatically

• IP address and approximate location (city/region level);
• Browser type, device type and operating system;
• Pages viewed, referring page and time spent on the site;
• Cookie identifiers used by our analytics and chat provider.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information (such as government identification numbers, financial account numbers, health data or biometric data) through this website, and we ask that you do not send it to us through the chat widget.

3. How we use your information

• To reply to your questions and continue the conversation you started in our chat;
• To send you the estimate, proposal, scheduling link or information you requested;
• To provide customer service and account support to our clients;
• To send appointment reminders and service-related updates by email or phone call;
• To send marketing communications, including marketing text messages, but only where you have given us the applicable consent;
• To operate, secure, measure and improve this website;
• To comply with legal obligations and to enforce our Terms of Use.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it. We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal effects about you.

Text messages (SMS/MMS) are used only for marketing and promotional communications, and are sent exclusively to people who gave the express consent described in section 4 below.

4. SMS and text messaging consent

Gapper Marketing operates a marketing and promotional text messaging program. Where you have given us your express written consent, we send you promotional messages by text (SMS/MMS): offers, seasonal campaigns, news about our services and marketing content for service businesses.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is optional and is never a condition of purchasing any product or service. We never buy, rent or import mobile numbers from third-party lists, and we only text people who opted in themselves.

How consent is obtained

Because this website has no forms, your mobile number and your consent are collected directly in our website chat widget (powered by LeadConnector / HighLevel). The widget presents a consent checkbox, unchecked by default, with the following disclosure:

We may also collect this same consent verbally during a call or meeting with our team, recording in our CRM the date, time and wording of what you agreed to.

What we send

• Promotions, discounts and limited-time offers;
• Seasonal and local marketing campaigns;
• News about the services we offer;
• Marketing content and tips for service businesses.

Frequency, cost, opt-out and help

• Message frequency varies according to the campaigns running in your area.
• Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for messages sent and received.
• To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation message and we will stop sending marketing text messages to that number.
• For help, reply HELP, email contact@gapper.marketing, or use the chat on this website.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out of text messages does not remove you from email communication, and opting out of email does not stop text messages. Each channel must be managed separately.

5. Mobile information sharing policy

Outside of the situation above, we may disclose personal information only:

• to service providers who process data on our behalf under contract (see section 11);
• to our clients, when you contacted us on behalf of, or in response to, a campaign we run for that client;
• when required by law, subpoena, or a valid request from a public authority;
• to protect our rights, safety, property, or to investigate fraud or abuse;
• in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

6. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your chat session, measure traffic and understand which pages perform well. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the chat widget and some site features may not work correctly if you do.

We may use advertising and analytics technologies from Google and Meta to measure campaign performance. These providers may set their own cookies and process data according to their own privacy policies.

7. Data retention

We keep chat transcripts, contact details and messaging consent records for as long as needed to serve you and to demonstrate compliance with applicable messaging regulations, and thereafter only as required by law. Records of consent and opt-out requests are retained for a minimum of four (4) years.

8. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including HTTPS encryption in transit, access controls and reputable processors, to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• access the personal information we hold about you;
• request correction of inaccurate information;
• request deletion of your information;
• opt out of marketing communications, including text messages and email;
• request a copy of your information in a portable format;
• not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

Florida residents and residents of other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws may exercise these rights by emailing contact@gapper.marketing. We will verify your identity before acting on your request and will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

10. Children’s privacy

This website and our services are intended for business owners and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Service providers we use

We rely on a small number of vendors to operate our business. They process data only on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality obligations:

• HighLevel / LeadConnector — website chat widget, CRM, email and SMS delivery;
• Google — analytics, advertising and business productivity tools;
• Meta — advertising and messaging platforms;
• Hosting and infrastructure providers — delivery of this website;
• Telecommunications carriers — transmission of text messages and calls.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page always reflects the current version. Material changes to how we handle text messaging consent will be posted on this page.
